Beginnings

EJ Marketing Group has an interesting beginning. Liz Brading (President) and Jason Yana (Creative Director) come together from two completely different backgrounds, the experience of both bring a great balance to the group. Jason having an extensive background in web design and graphic design, and Liz having a wealth of experience in marketing, advertising, and sales, they make the perfect team to grow your business.

Over the years Liz watched small businesses she has known fall short in marketing their own business’s when going against the “big box” marketing campaigns. This has caused small and medium sized companies to go under because they don’t have a marketing team to negotiate pricing and dissect through all the technical talk that these marketing companies use as a tool to confuse everyone into paying for something that is of no use to their bottom line.

Liz decided to open the doors of web site design, graphic design, marketing plans, and web marketing to everyone in a cost effective, simple, and personal way. Small and Medium Companies no longer have to use a trial and error marketing strategy, they get quality designs and marketing plans without having to deal with a puzzle of other factors.

Liz realized that these businesses don’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on marketing, she also knows that you simply do not need that much money to get your piece of the pie.

Everyone Hates Marketing

Liz needed a strong designer to make this dream come true, and brought Jason Yana in as Creative Director. " I needed a mastermind in graphic and web design and Jason was just the man to do it, I know marketing, advertising and sales, he knows how to make them happen for our clients" -Liz Brading

Jason and Liz sat down and started brainstorming. They came up with the top reasons everyone HATES marketing, talking about marketing, and paying for marketing. This is what they found;

After they came up with the problems in Marketing your business, they devised solutions. Jason and Liz decided to make big changes in the marketing business;
